Mentoring & Supervision

Mindfulness Supervision
The good practice guidelines for mindfulness teachers say that people training and working as teachers of mindfulness-based approaches should have regular supervision for their work. Jake has completed a three-day training in mindfulness supervision with Alison Evans, who works with the Mindfulness Network and Bangor University.

Personal Practice Mentoring
People who have completed an eight-week mindfulness course often wonder how they can continue with their practice. Personal practice mentoring is one way to get ongoing support with the development of you practice and understanding of mindfulness.

Insight Meditation mentoring
Personal interviews are a key part of silent Insight Meditation retreats. Speaking to teachers outside of retreats can also help students to deepen their meditation practice and reflect on how key themes of the Buddha’s teachings relate to their own lives.
